You're exactly who I work with most often. The intake form walks you through every choice, I send three concepts so you can see options before committing, and the final files come labeled clearly for KDP, Apple Books, IngramSpark and Audible. If you're not sure what format you need, I'll tell you what to upload where.
Yes. Full commercial usage rights for your book, marketing, ads, merch, and any future editions. The only thing I retain is the right to show the finished work in my portfolio.
It happens — and it's part of the process. I'll regroup with you, ask better questions, and send a fresh round. The point of three concepts is to find the direction together; no one is locked into something that doesn't feel like your story.
It's a 5-second (or 10-second on Gabaldon) MP4 video that brings one element of your cover to life — a character glance, drifting smoke, candlelight, a turning page. You receive it sized for vertical (BookTok / Reels), square (feeds), and landscape (Amazon A+ banners). No one else on Etsy offers this — it's the single biggest reason readers stop scrolling.
I've worked on Regency, Highland, Viking, imperial Chinese, Western, pirate, mafia, paranormal, fae, dark academia, and reverse harem covers. If you write romance, I have references for the visual language your readers expect. Send me your manuscript blurb or a few comp titles in the intake form.
50/50 split is standard — half at order, half at final delivery. For the Gabaldon tier, I also offer a three-payment plan. Etsy purchases can use Klarna or Afterpay where available.
